How do I get started if I don't have a company code or invite token?

You'll need to receive an invitation from your organization's administrator. Contact your company's mCentral admin or reach out to our support team at support@mscdelivery.com to get started.

What happens after I create my account?

After registration, you'll receive a verification email. Once verified, you'll be able to log in and access the platform based on your assigned role and site permissions. Your administrator will configure your specific access levels.

Can I change my communication preferences later?

Yes, absolutely! You can update your WhatsApp and email notification preferences at any time from your profile settings. However, critical security notifications will always be sent regardless of your preferences.

Is my data secure?
