Single Sign-On (SSO) integration is currently in development and will be available soon. SSO will allow you to log in using your organization's existing authentication system (Azure AD, Okta, etc.). Contact your account manager for updates on availability.
Yes, you can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously. You can view and manage all active sessions from your profile settings. For security, we recommend logging out from shared or public devices.
After several failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for security. You'll receive an email notification and can unlock your account by resetting your password or waiting 30 minutes.
Absolutely. All login credentials are transmitted over 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We also log all login attempts and notify you of any suspicious activity.
